Who runs Magpie

Magpie is operated by ООО «ВВВ Трейд» (VVV Trade LLC), registration number 325712-3310-ООО, 44 Salievoy St., office 124, Osh, Kyrgyz Republic (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@magpie.guru.

These terms apply whenever you use Magpie in Telegram, including its bot and its app, and this website. By using Magpie you accept them. Telegram's own terms of service also apply to your use of Telegram.

What Magpie is, and what it is not

Magpie offers horoscopes, tarot, runes, a magic 8-ball and palm readings for entertainment and personal reflection. A reading is not medical, financial, legal, psychological or any other professional advice.

Magpie makes no predictions about your health, how long you will live, your finances or any legal matter. Please do not make important decisions on the strength of a reading alone.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Magpie. By using it you confirm that you are.

Free and paid readings

The daily horoscope, the daily two-card tarot pull, a rune and the magic 8-ball are free. A tarot reading for a question of your own and the palm report are paid.

Paid readings are sold only for Telegram Stars, only inside Telegram. The price in Stars is shown before you pay. This website sells nothing and has no checkout of its own.

We may change which readings are free or paid, and their prices. A change never affects a reading you have already paid for.

Delivery of paid readings

A paid reading is a digital good. It is generated and delivered in Magpie after Telegram confirms your payment. If the reading cannot be generated, your Stars are returned automatically.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through our payment support page (magpie.guru/paysupport, also opened by the /paysupport command in the bot). A reading that was not delivered or is defective is refunded in Telegram Stars within 3 calendar days of your request. This does not affect any right you have under Telegram's own dispute process for Stars purchases.

Acceptable use

Do not access Magpie with bots, scripts or other automated means, and do not try to disrupt the service, get around payment or reach data that is not yours. Do not resell readings or offer them as part of a paid service of your own.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The tickets Magpie gives you are yours to keep and share, privately or publicly. The texts, illustrations, design, software and the Magpie name belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Magpie is provided “as is”. We cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of a reading.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a paid reading is limited to the Telegram Stars you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and we will announce significant changes in the bot. If you keep using Magpie after a change, the new terms apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. We will first try to settle any dispute by correspondence; if that fails, the dispute goes to the courts of Osh.
