How paying works

Two readings in Magpie cost money: a tarot reading for a question of your own, and the palm report. Both are paid for only in Telegram Stars, the currency Telegram provides for digital goods and services. You buy Stars through Telegram and spend them without leaving it.

The price of each paid reading is shown in Stars before you pay, and Telegram asks you to confirm the payment. We never see your card details. There is no checkout on this website.

How delivery works

Your reading is generated only after Telegram confirms the payment, and it is delivered to you in Magpie.

If the reading cannot be generated, your Stars are returned automatically. If you paid but the reading has not arrived within 10 minutes, write to us with the order number shown in the app, and we will deliver it or refund you.

Refunds

If a paid reading was not delivered, or arrived defective (for example, empty, cut off, garbled, or in a language you did not choose), we refund the Stars you paid within 3 calendar days of your request. The refund goes back to your Telegram account in Stars.

A reading that arrived complete but that you simply dislike is not defective, and it is not refunded. Readings are entertainment, and we cannot promise that one will say what you hoped to hear.

This policy does not limit any right you have under Telegram's own rules for disputes about Stars purchases.

How to contact us

Write to info@magpie.guru. Please include your Telegram username, the order number from the app and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps if you have one. You can write in English or Russian.

The /paysupport command in the Magpie bot opens this page, so you can find these instructions from inside Telegram at any time.

When we answer

We reply to payment questions within 2 business days. If a refund is due, it is made within 3 calendar days of your request. If you have had no reply within 2 business days, check your spam folder and write again.

Magpie and its paid readings are provided by ООО «ВВВ Трейд» (VVV Trade LLC), registration number 325712-3310-ООО, 44 Salievoy St., office 124, Osh, Kyrgyz Republic. The general rules for paid readings are in our terms of service.
